We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is submitted within 5 days of delivery
The product is unused and in its original packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products without original packaging
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Wait for approval and return instructions
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
If a product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost (subject to stock availability).
If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
